Tomorrow is Thursday which will mean that I’m back at KLPAC for the final week of “Crazy Little Thing Called Love”. So to commemorate this special occassion that has just been so loving, I’m going to write posts related to the topic of love for the next four days. Or maybe starting as of today hehe. I shall start first with a little story. Love truly is in the air and this is why.. On the same day of the AYA Awards we were having our final show for the first week. Just as I exited the changing room and went out into the lobby, my cast members told me I had just missed a marriage proposal right in the lobby of KLPAC. From what I heard the guy who was to pop the question had gotten a bunch of dancers (possibly friends) to dance for her as she was coming down the stairs. KLPAC has two 3 levels not including the ground level. So she was on the first level at the stairs probably, while the dancers were at the bottom of the stairs.  Then the after the dance, a huge banner had been graffitised on one of the KLPAC events posters. (I think!) The banner was dropped from the first level and on it, these words were spray painted on it. “Rachel Ann…Will You Marry Me?”

At the bottom of the stairs the place was filled with people from the AYA awards along with the the audience members from our show trying to get out of the bustling theatre house. Suddenly the majority of the crowd parted and there stood the man who was asking for the girls hand in marriage. He walked up towards her with a single rose in his hand… Needless to say she was cornered right there in front of everyone.. so completely impossible to say no! :P I managed to get a shot of the banner before it was taken down. They were in the midst of doing that when i took the shot. But so sweet right!! Proposing for all to see like that… Awwwwwww. :) My hearty congratulations to the knewly engaged couple! May your future be always a happy one filled with love. Speaking of love. Last call now :) Do come and catch the show.
