I’m up already…although I would’ve preferred to sleep in a bit more, but I suppose that’s what it is when you need to get cracking to do something. Haven’t been sleeping that great for the past few days, either cause I’m up late and waking up early or during the night I haven’t been getting proper sleep.

You know when you are busy dreaming you aren’t actually sleeping. Your brain is actually awake, trying to cypher or filter out all the stuff that happened the during the day. Think of it like your computer, you know when you click on defragmentation in order to clean it up so that it runs faster. Yeah I’d like to think thats how it works.

So after dreaming about something, you are busy having REM (rapid eye movement) usually this happens when you are close to waking up. The silly thing about this kind of defragmentation with dreams, is that you get more junk after that because you are trying to recall the dream. So basically we never took the stuff to the recycle bin. Or rather, it has been recycled too well… just to create more junk. :aya:
