Pictures for your blog… I always found it an issue. There are occassions when I went I went to express something with not just words but with pictures too. I find that a picture can speak a thousand words, far more that what I can sum up at times on my little blog. It’s not such an eyesore too if i just flooded an entire entry with words words and more text. Image search is forever a handy tool when i need an image. 

Which is why i was happy to stumble on this site called Acobox. The site offers a variety of pictures to any blogger. Blog images are now just a click and link away. 

No longer would i have to waste my time looking for pictures without a watermark. No more will i have to put in too much effort cropping and editing images. Acobox has everything all laid out for you in their gallery list, I’ll throw in a few examples too. :

This image of Himeji is just lovely. Hah… I wonder when will be the day I will have enough cash just to make a trip down to Japan. Still something that’s on my long long to do list.

Culture & entertainment

This reminds me of the movie 21. It was about a young college boy – bit of a smart alec – who was recruited into a gambling crew that would make their way to Las Vegas every weekend and count the cards. Till now I still don’t get how they count the cards to get a win for 21. But yeah this black and white of the hands holding the deck reminds me of that movie… In fact any deck of cards would make me think of that movie now. lol.
