<p>A while back <a title="An Interview Session with Peter Schmeichel" href="http://www.linoralow.com/2012/sports/an-interview-session-with-peter-schmeichel" target="_blank">Peter Schmeichel</a> was in town to meet the fans of KL all thanks to Carlsberg Corporation. That was a lovely surprise for Manchester United fans, Denmark fans and just football fans all over the place. He alongside the Managing Director of Carlsberg Malaysia, Soren Ravn, showcased the EUFA Euro 2012 Trophy in it&#8217;s full glory.</p>

<p>Seeing the trophy and Peter Schmeichel was a treat, but the best part had to be when Soren said that Carlsberg Corporation would be sending <strong>100 Malaysian Football fans</strong> to see the semi-finals of Euro 2012 at Ukraine!! <p>The time of the year, where everyone takes time to celebrate the lady who means the most in our lives.. our Mother. Some would say this is the day that you should remember your mother and treat her like a queen. In my opinion, we should treat her like a Queen everyday. This is a good time to reflect though, bout how this amazing person has done so much for us.</p>
<p>For my mom, she truly is one person who has never left my side. She&#8217;s always been the person i could turn too.. and no matter how many times i&#8217;ve done her wrong or been naughty.. she still loves me regardless. This song by the Spice Girls may be old but the words are timeless</p>

<p>About a month ago i wrote about an event i went to which was the <a title="Get Intimate and Strengthen your Pelvic Floor Muscles" href="http://www.linoralow.com/2012/ads-2/get-intimate-and-strengthen-your-pelvic-floor-muscles">Vibrance Kegel Device </a>Media gathering. It&#8217;s not the first time i&#8217;ve been introduced to the term Kegel, but i never knew it to be such a serious matter.Then again i shouldn&#8217;t be too surprised because our Pelvic Floor Muscles (PFM).. are another part of the body that should also be trained every once in a while. I&#8217;m big on training every other muscle i have so why not my intimate muscles as well. These are what the muscles look like and where they are located.</p>

<p>There are huge benefits in working out your Pelvic Floor Muscles. Lets go through them</p>

<p>Now this is pretty much what normally you would have to do to strengthen your muscles. Below are just examples of the exercises. There are many ways to train your Pelvic Floor Muscles.. but i&#8217;m real glad that there are devices such as the Vibrance Kegel Device.</p>

<p>See while i maybe able to do those movements you see above, but here are the problems i may face. First of all i wouldn&#8217;t be able to tell if i&#8217;ve found my PFM correctly, Secondly i wouldn&#8217;t know how many times i have to do the exercise, Thirdly i wouldn&#8217;t know if i&#8217;m doing the exercises correctly. The Vibrance Kegel Device will help me eliminate those problems. The Vibrance Kegel Device aims to overcome challenges such as women training the wrong muscles during Kegel exercise, no progression in doing Kegel exercise as well as no proper guidance on Kegel exercise.</p>

<p>When you open up the box there is one Vibrance Kegel Device and casing, 3 levels of resistance sheaths, 2 sets of batteries, user instruction manual and warranty card included. There are two types of product usage &#8211; Type A ( autonomous training ) and Type B ( sound guidance training ). Before using the device just ensure that the silicone part is clean.</p>

<p>So how does the Vibrance Kegel Device Work?</p>
<ol>
	<li>Slot in the batteries to the Kegel Device</li>
	<li>Apply a sufficient amount of lubricant on the device</li>
	<li>Now slowly insert it into your Va jay jay aka vagina ^_^</li>
	<li>The Kegel Device will only vibrate if it is contracted with the right muscles which are of course your PFM!</li>
	<li>Next step &#8211; just switch on the device, you&#8217;ll notice there is a blue power button at the bottom of the device. Turn that on for the sound guidance training.</li>
	<li>Now contract your PFM when the machine beeps and relax when it goes silent. This is a good gauge on how long you should be training your PFMs <img src='http://www.linoralow.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  This diagram shows the Time span for how long you need to squeeze the Kegel Device!<br /><br /><img class="aligncenter" src="http://www.mybioinfinity.com/file/content1.jpg" alt="" width="602" height="154" border="0" /><br /><br /></li>
	<li>After doing this, you can opt to progress to harder stages by using the 3 different sheaths available in the box.</li>
	<li>It goes from the softest to the hardest sheath &#8211; Level 1, 2 and 3. if you can go on to Level 3 tht just means your PFM is strong,<br /><img class="aligncenter" src="http://www.mybioinfinity.com/file/support1%281%29.jpg" alt="" width="602" height="216" border="0" /><br /><br /></li>
	<li>once you&#8217;re done just clean it up with soap and water. Make sure it&#8217;s dry now ^_^</li>

<p>Don&#8217;t be shy to use it! It&#8217;s important first of all to understand what your PFM are and where they are at. Like when i spoke with Pamela who was also at the Bioinfinity Kegel Device Event. We both agree that this is a God sent device for ladies who are just coming out of pregnancy and also ladies who have weak PFM. I know i wouldn&#8217;t want to be caught dead with pee coming out before i reach the toilet. Imagine the embarassment. So thanks Bioinfinity for giving us another way to strengthen another part of our body.. our most intimate part. ^_^</p>

<p>The day of the shoot.. Hee that&#8217;s a story by itself ^_^ . So on the day of photoshoot.. i really contemplated to just rest and probably eat whatever i wanted however, i felt the pang of guilt. Instead i decided to do at least something. Hence i managed a very simple circuit enough to kill me for the day.. bare in mind i did this with barely any food in me..so i was already pretty weakened. lol</p>

So i did this workout at home. One thing i don't like about working in my house - the marble floor. There's a reason why gyms a more appropriate for working out because the floors are hollow and not stiff hard like marble. Doing it on a floor that has no "bounce" is just bad for your knees cause the impact will just hit you straight all the way to your spine. That's what i feel anyway.

<p>Circuit 1: 2 Sets<br />Side Taps + pushup = 30s<br />Burpee + Jump Lunge = 30s<br /><br />Circuit 2: 2 Sets<br />Froggers + Push Up = 30s  (This was new for me, but oooooo do i love this workout now. Take a look <a title="New Workouts for my Circuits" href="http://www.linoralow.com/2012/fitness-and-health/workouts-fitness-and-health/new-workouts-for-my-circuits" target="_blank">here</a>)<br />Plank + Knee to Elbow = 30s<br /><br />Circuit 3: 2 Sets<br />Lizard = 30s<br />Alternating Side Plank = 30s</p>

<p>OOooo was browsing Youtube today and i cannot wait to incorporate some of these exercises from Nike into my circuits.</p>

<p>Most of the time i do a lot of burpees, mountainclimbers and dynamic squats in my circuits. While these are great and will always make me burn a lot, my body could use some variation in the workout. Changing it up even for a circuit is good cause it shocks new muscles in my body. Recently the latest exercise i added into my circuits was the mule kick from Zuzana. Its really crazy.. i&#8217;ll maybe show how to do it later on.</p>
<p>Anyway back to the new exercises i want to incorporate. It&#8217;s all from the Nike Training Club. Check these out!</p>

I was also kissed by the morning sun ^_~ Try this work out to give yourself a boost blast in the morning. Didn&#8217;t take more than 15minutes.. however it made me feel like it was for ever.</p>
