Well for my weekend other than really just chilling out, I’m going to KLPAC yet again for a Jazz Music event. It’ll be held at KL pentas 2. Calling all Jazz lovers and performers. Come over to the place. You can either choose to book the tickets or you can get them on the day itself. It’s free seating, so rush on to get the better seat in the house. This is what the performance will be like. SYNOPSIS: As the title suggests, the spirit of music is celebrated in this concert, which will feature 20 original compositions – 10 instrumental and 10 vocal pieces. Although mainly jazz-influenced, the songs will also be infused with elements of traditional music, especially evident in the instrumental solo pieces. There will also be four vocalists who will sing mainly in Chinese. Various genres of music will be covered in this concert, including slow jazz, swing, R&B, bebop and loads more, promising a refreshing change for those looking for something more than commercial Chinese pop music!
