Dear Diary,

What is it like to be broke?
Well lets see, its quite nice actually, I get to wake up at the times I choose. I get to go meet people and do other things I couldn’t do when I had a 9-5 job. I’m at least doing something which I prefer doing rather then actually just doing something I hate or don’t enjoy. Although what i do dislike is when the bill comes to the door step.

Was office life fun?
It had it’s perks, but it’s pretty much where you sit and plonk yourself at the computer all day, for many hours, only to get up to get a drink or food. Actually you maybe get too lazy because in the end you just a get a water tumbler that sits on your table and some junk food kept in the drawer to keep you going.

Didn’t you go out to eat?
Yeah you do, but after a while you get lazy too and then you figure heck I can save some cash by not eating. Oh and lose weight too.. oooh Killing to birds with two stones, sweet!

Isn’t that anti-social?
To some extent it is but hey, that’s what some offices are like. Although there are the nice occasions you head out with the closer buddies who aren’t to busy and you actually do get some decent lunch for the week.

How are things now without a stable job?
Fun, but boy, it’s a downer to know that one day whatever cash you have in your life is going to go down the drain. People sometimes don’t realise that what you have in the bank can go down the drain in an instant. Saving will also not make any difference at all cause what you save will also go. Solution find something that can bring in some sort of “passive” income. In a sense to find the “thing” which will allow your cash to grow by itself. Don’t ask me what it is, if I knew I wouldn’t be in this disposition. Although I’ll say maybe some can come from properties and stocks… That’s all for today class ^_P

Sighh….. To earn is so hard sniff

Well..I’ve been out of McCann for nearly 3 weeks now and to be honest at first I was a bit scared when i quit my job. What was I going to do for cash? What was I going to do when my credit card bills came? What was I going to do about food? Worse still what the heck was I going to do when suddenly I got the urge to buy things I don’t really need.

As much as it had saddened me a lot to leave McCann cause it felt like I had to say goodbye to another family, I’ve grown attached too. I’ve made some good friends and could see what the pains were like of a typical 9-5 job. Learnt and matured a lot while I was in McCann… of course I can always improve much more. But on the other hand, I’m glad that I have the free time now, to concentrate on crazy things. Hah…

On another hand, i’ll say that I’m still sheltered, because I still stay with my family, I don’t really have to worry about paying rent, about my next meal and I don’t have to worry about supporting my family all that much. I have it easier, which is good to.. allowing me to really muck and concentrate on what it is I want to do.

Put it this way, bumming right now is not really bumming for me. Heh. Yes I can be considered very free, but what I have been shoving down my nose is practically every single audition that I see out there and I’ve just been going for them. I still need to find some sort of income though. Down the line.. i know i’m going to be terribly broke.. ai…
