This was pretty fun to do heheh Ok fine I managed to only get this after 3 tries ^_P But I think i’ll be faster if I had cut my nails. Why don’t people give it a try and tell me how fast your type.

Guitar Heroes

I was watching a scene in Gossip Girl episode 8 where Serena was battling out with Dan’s exgirlfriend on the floor with this plastic looking guitar and her watching this over sized screen trying to follow coloured notes. The game they were playing was Guitar Heroes, which is such a cool game!!!! Yeah ok for those of us who don’t have WI but PS3 this game suffices This was the scene. It is pretty much similar to that of O2Jam and the Dance game you play with the Arrow pad. Anycase what I love about the game is the cool guitar that it comes with!! It was a nice good ol’ black at first but my ding dong of a brother just had to stick the rock and roll stickers all over it, which in my honest opinion has ruined it. It also cuts and distracts sometimes.

All the songs are from famous rock artists like Aerosmith, Metallica.. and most of which i never heard of. You can start of the game by going through practices and tutorials or quickplay which just allows you to play one song. The fun part comes when you are either playing it with two players or playing the career path. The career path will see how well u fair and then it’ll begin with you picking your character, starting your band and getting yourself to a platinum album of some sort. I also fund the tutors – some guy dressed up as Thor and another dressed up his rebellious son, teaching you how to play. My favourite line from the rebellious son “Don’t Suck” everytime i mess up hahaha. So yeah here is the latest toy in the house! I’m gonna rock so hard and make sure I do well!! Bwahahahahah

I’m going to be narcissistic, Minus the fact I’m looking terrible and the pink shirt with the cat is not working for me but I just love the way I look cute in here Ok thats the end of the narcissism.

InQBox at One Utama

While meeting up with the Monash bunch the other day, I came across this shop I’ve always wanted to check out called InQBox, located on the lower ground floor. And guess what I found eco-stuff! Whee!!

They had a label called “Shibby” and that was the recyclable product I was referring too. What I love about this place, is the fact that they are place, which allows young entrepreneurs to have a go and showing their talent and on top of that they support good causes.

Sorry don’t have pics of the products inside but go check it out anyways.

InQbox™ actively contributes to social causes by providing Charities with space at no-profit to sell their handicraft and art. We have so far worked with The Spastic Children’s Association GRO Workshop among others, because the less fortunate can be creative too!

I tried out Second Life

After much hearing about it, I finally decided to give Second Life another chance. I had already made an account before, but unfortunately I forgot my name. Lol. Hence I made another one with the avatar name Valinor Greenwood. Here’s what she looks like.

Nothing at alll like my derv right!!?? The graphics are really bad, but for how fast you load, I think it’s rather fair.You get to create your own clothing and all as you entire in. The place I’m at is called Dreamland which is sorta like a tutorial ground for newbies. The format is pretty much the same like most other games mmorpg (massive multi online role playing game).

Here’s the place, the guy in front of me saw a bunch of us there all of a sudden, so he decided to fly over to KPC for a bit ^_^.

I transported myself to a different area to see what else was there in world of Second Life. I couldn’t purchase anything simply cause I’m broke lol. Lets see what happens but I honestly don’t feel any kick in playing this especially after Guild Wars. Guild Wars can’t be beat!!!

They are the funniest funniest duo in TOWN! And they really make my day worthwhile when I go into the office in the morning despite the fact it’s not entirely early morning for me. I love hitz.fm for having them! Who doesn’t? But it’s great to hear them first thing in the morning. Drives aren’t so boring, and best of all I laugh and go to work all light headed with a smile plastered on my face. So kudos to you boys for making my mornings excitable. From your ridiculous gotcha calls to your yes-no-um-ah games and finally to your great music spoofs. Here is the duo … dying in their studio from lack of sleep to entertain us. At least they are being patriotic bout the event lol. More so than me.

Hitz.FM Jump For Charity

My favourite radio station Hitz.fm on 92.9 have bee announcing their Jump for Merdeka or Charity event. And last saturday, when Giden’s parents came down. They stayed over at Conceorde hotel. That is conveniently situated with KLTower directly in front of it. So we managed to see a good number of the people who were brave enough to go parachuting off the Tower… Watching them nearly gave me a heartattack. I swear!! It was freaky! It’s all on the timing. For those who knew how to do it, you’re suppose to drop (I think) a fair bit before you release the chute, if not you are going to end up stuck in the sky for a little while. see what i mean.. that guy on the left has gone flying to who knows where…I’m not laughing!!

I absolutely think and have to say that my darling Rex, is totally adorable! And it is so cute, that he knows how to play fetch all by himself. Extremely playful and he is sooooo stupid looking you can’t help but love him. Forget about tieing your dogs hair into ponytails, I tihnk that is seriously destroying and tormenting the dog, lol.

Pownce vs Twitter

I honestly do not know what is the big deal for Twitter-ing. I mean seriously, all you do is actually post up random messages which is in the form of a one liner and thats it. But i have been seeing it alot on a lot of blogs. People actually like this feature. Ok you already have blogs that lets you speak your mind. And now you got this other thing that allows you to speak you ‘thoughts’ hehehe, random and small minor thoughts and jot down your lil’ activities like ‘oh I’m at the airport and waiting for my honey’. Hehehe it’s a laugh! So take a look at it on the side. Then guess what another feature like itself comes along called Pownce. Only thing is, the difference, instead of being free to all, you have to get others to invite you first. Very much like how Gmail started with itsexpansion of people using Google Mail. And what do you know, now everyone or at least most people are Gmail-ing. I managed to get an account from Mickey C. and this is his blog btw. Thanks man. That said, ok I’ll give it a shot at both and see which I shall prefer or if I even like them at all.

Transformers Still Strong

I honestly think it is so incredibly adorable, that people are still fascinated with Transformers models, even if they are just toys. But people are willing to spend their money on these collectibles which can go up to the thousands. Even men who are ..ahem.. well in their late 20s to early 30s are still very into the toys. Check out what the boys were looking at in the office during a short free time at the round table.

And then I took out my Wired magazine (Did i mention I love Wired Magazine!) and showed the fantastic Optimus Prime in full glory…

And then I showed the crazy Transformer gun, Megatron in his silver glory… Which I still find rather funny how that humongous lugging thing of a machine can turn into not a shotgun, or an mZ16 or a big machine gun… no he turns into a tiny hand gun.. LOL. I think this is the one you can shoot with.
