Menipulate the Script

After those two weeks of shoot, it was nice to meet up with another group to confirm the roles for a movie that will be shot in April. The audition went really well, although I think I could’ve done better, but glad to know that at least me and two other friends will be involved with this little project for the next few months to come.

I’ve got completely no idea what Sani the guy behind me was doing hahha.

On sat we had all met up at the directors house, Ariff Aris (who was also involved with the production of Ciplak [it's on IMDB MAN!!!] done by Khairil Mokhzani Bahar) to get to know the confirmed cast and crew as well as the shooting dates. It was more of a hanging out over dinner.

We were surprised with the audition tapes..ooops The movie we will be acting in is called “MenipuLATE” which is about relationships, and how sometimes we who are searching for that other person can sometimes be taken on a long ride, which ends up in crash. In short it’s like this:
“menipuLATE” the movie is a Bi-Lingual Movie in English & Bahasa Malaysia. “menipuLATE” the movie is based on a true relationship story on how men lie (menipu) & how women manipulate and it all creates a chain reaction where what 1 persons action could determine his fate. This movie brings the meaning to “what goes around, comes around…” – MenipuLate Facebook Group
I’m really excited about the movie, for it sounds like a real promising film. Other than the fact that me and my friends are in it of course ^_P. It should be done and ready for showing come 2009. If all goes well, hopefully this will be screened at GSC cinemas… or whichever cinema… woohoo!!! So yeah get prepared people, I’ll definitely be putting up more stuff on behind the scenes of the making of Menipulate. For now join in the group to catch up on more latest news.
