Bye Bye Simon Cowell?

I just read this article on TV.com. It states that there is the possibility that the infamous Idol judge – sent-to-tear-apart-young-contestants-to-shreds – may end his time being on the show. According to the news his schedule has finally caught up with him. Read TV.com article. He may just sit behind a desk and give witty sarcastic disdainful remarks to contestants, but that is all hard work! If not for his guidance, probably people would not know how to vote for actual singers. His guidance was so ‘good’ people started a group to purposely vote for the lousy singers.
For what it’s worth, his stinging comments are true! And its because of the truthness in it, that’s why it’s funny. To me anyway its funnier than the people who come in and are made fools of, just for the 15 minute to fame. Besides who does not love the wonderful banter between Ryan Seacrest and the American Idol judge. Lol. I always get a good laugh when I watch Ryan diss Simon in all sorts of manners. You gotta watch this video on how it all started.
  So would I like it if Simon left. No! Would I watch the show if he left. No! Would i bother encouraging others to watch it if he left. No! Come on he’s all real and that’s cool :) You can read the article here.

Nothing Fancy..

No I’m not going to share what I did on Valentine’s Day cause frankly I didn’t do anything. I would first like to share a song by Dave Barnes. This is one of the songs from the soundtrack “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” that I performed in last year. There were actually two songs I felt that were very suitable for Valentine’s Day. But I decided to go with this one first and share the next for the following year. Hopefully this can be heard.

“We’re da Dancers….” I just love a good laugh. Going through Facebook a few minutes ago, I was browsing what were the latest things my friends had posted up shared or whatever for the day. And I came across this one by Shirin (who’s one hotta mom :P don’t hate me babe). You guys have seen and heard Beyonce’s single “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)”. The video I’m about to show was actually aired last year on TRL but have a lookie anyway.

 

You gotta love Justin and his dancing. Beyonce is always hot as usual. Did you notice how DUH Justin was acting. With all that hip shaking, arm pit hair showing, bicep curling and manly legs stuffed into the black high heels. It’s a wonder he didn’t upstage Beyonce in her own video. lol. I managed to load it from Fliiby.com. Apparently you can only watch it on the NBC site and they have requested for youtube to have the videos removed and all. This was the best I could get my hands on the original version. View it now before it’s taken down :) There is a sad story to this video. This little skit was pulled together by Beyonce, Justin and Paul Rodd. I apologize for I don’t know who were the other two guys in the video :( . This skit was made specially for the 2 hour farewell show of the famous MTV “Total Request Live” . Yes that show has ended. After 10 wonderful years TRL has finally been giving the red light to end the show. You can read on it here.

This song has been around for a bit and my sis has been playing it constantly on her itunes downstairs. I heard it again today on the video that my teammates for Astro-Nida edited.
